The archaeological classroom shows everything from the construction method to the models of the main types of dolmens (simple, corridor or cists), passing through the elements that make up the monument (dolmen or anta and tumulus or mámoa). The design of the museum project is eminently educational, with audiovisuals and even play areas specifically designed for the little ones in the house.

The archaeological classroom, located next to Corgo’s reception office and the audiovisual room, offers visitors information about the two most outstanding sites of this period in the region. On the one hand, the megalithic concentration on both sides of the Serra do Leboreiro between Ourense and Portugal and, on the other, that included in the Val do Salas megalithic circuit, which covers the parishes of Maus de Salas and Requiás-Guntumil, in Muíños, with four unique monuments such as the Casiña da Moura, the Casola do Foxo and the M1 and M5 monuments of Outeiro de Cavaladre
