The “Feirões na Praça” are an initiative of the Association of Folklore Groups of Alto Minho (AGFAM), with the support of the Municipality of Viana do Castelo. They take place in Praça da República, in Viana do Castelo, every Saturday in the months of May, June, July, August and September.

They are an opportunity for the Municipality’s Folklore Groups to liven up the Praça da República with the sale of regional products and exhibitions of their dances and songs.

We invite you to taste the delicacies of the region and the green wine while enjoying the performances of the Folklore Groups!
