This gastronomic festival is becoming a classic of the summers of the region. Organized by the association ADTL A Pedrosa, it is already more than ten years old.

Accompanied by cachelos and peppers, the picantón chicken is the protagonist of this event. It is celebrated in the month of July, in the first fortnight, in the parish of Orro.

The board of the Sports and Leisure Association “A Pedrosa”, is the entity in charge of the organization of the “Fiesta do Polo Pedrosiano”. This event includes a small route through the surroundings of the parish of Orro, followed by the tasting of the “Polo Pedrosiano”. The day ends with a dance with different musical performances.

The rations that will be distributed during the day are composed of a spicy chicken, bread and wine. It will be free for members of the association and will have an affordable price for people outside the association who want to participate in this day.
