The hospitality establishments of Cervo annually organize a gathering that exalts this seafood product, highlighting its value through different forms of preparation. During the festival, tastings are organized in a tent and in the hospitality venues themselves, showcookings and a gastronomic competition with the sea urchin as the protagonist are held. The festival ends with a dance party by orchestras, marking the arrival of spring in A Mariña.
