The Vilalba Independent Festival (FIV) is held during the last weekend of April, becoming the event that kicks off the festival season.

It is an indie music festival that was born in 2008 and brings together many attendees during the two-day event where you can enjoy performances, exhibitions, screenings and many other activities.

The concerts take place in the marquee installed in the Plaza de la Constitución and in the fairgrounds. Free camping areas are also installed nearby for the rest of the attendees. On the other hand, the municipality has accommodation options for all tastes, which should be booked well in advance.

This event has its own image and manages to create a unique atmosphere characterized mainly by the fuchsia color that dominates the lighting, the decoration of the windows, as well as the tent itself and its surroundings.
