Located in the Old Town of Vigo, this is the oldest building in the city. It is a 15th century urban palace belonging to the late Gothic style. It looks like a medieval keep and is built of masonry stone. The decoration is sober, and only the lintels of the windows that lead to the square stand out. The building is crowned by a water intake and stone gargoyles. There are also two shields, one with the arms of the Ceta family and the other with two lions.

This building, together with the adjoining building, that of Pazos and Figueroa, is today the headquarters of the Camões Foundation.
