Guimarães is part of the Vinho Verde wine region and the local Quintas, producers of excellent Vinho Verde, have seen their work recognised in recent years, through the attribution of several national and international awards.

The Guimarães Wine Tourism Route is made up of 12 wine estates. Visits can be made with a minimum of 2 people and include a visit to the vineyard and the winery, tasting of wines and regional products and, of course, sale of wines to enjoy at home with family or friends.

Some of these estates have beautiful stately and rural accommodations, allowing you to stay in the tranquility of the surrounding nature.
