Designed by Álvaro Siza Vieira, it houses two of the architect’s first and most emblematic works, the “Casa de Chá da Boa Nova” and the “Piscina das Marés”. It serves as a public promenade and a sports and leisure area, facilitating access to the beaches and also allowing visitors to enjoy the landscape dominated by the Faro da Boa Nova and the quayside of Puerte de Leixões.
