The visitor can enjoy, a few minutes from the center of O Barco, a quiet, secluded and charming place. The Maltese cross sculpted over the main door of the church of San Miguel (12th century), reminds us that it was administered by the Order of San Xoán de Jerusalén. The south door and the semicircular apse, with a twin window, are proof of its Romanesque origin.

The Monastery is a sober building from the 18th century, converted into a modern winery for the production of Godello wines. Nearby there is a restored house with a cellar-cave carved into the rock. Following the river upstream we will reach a place full of magic: a rustic bridge with an arch at the foot of the ruins of a mill, among the dense vegetation and the sound of the waters of the river Mariñán.
