The building features two sections arranged in an ‘L’ shape, with balconies and a solarium over a portico. It was recently restored and adapted for habitation. It belonged to the family of the distinguished researcher Juan Lembeye, who wrote works such as: ‘Birds of the Island of Cuba’, Havana, 1850, and ‘Considerations and Agricultural Advice to Improve Wheat Harvests in Galicia and Perfect Fertilizers’, Santiago, 1885. He died in 1889, and his remains rest in the parish cemetery of Culleredo.
