Ancient keep of the castle of Andrade, originally from the 13th century but rebuilt several times after the Irmandiñas revolts in the 14th century.

It is 40 meters high and stands out for its octagonal plan, unique in Galicia.

It is divided into four floors and is crowned with battlements. It also has several arrow slits, an arched doorway on the second floor and a large stone boar on the top, emblem of the Andrade family.

It currently serves as a National Parador Hotel.
