Next Saturday, March 15, will be held in the municipality of Cervo the traditional Festa do Ourizo, which this year reaches its thirty-second edition. The festival, organized by the catering establishments of San Ciprián to publicize the different ways of preparing this delicious seafood, is declared a Festival of Tourist Interest of Galicia.

From 12:00 noon and throughout the day, attendees will be able to taste delicious tapas made with the star product of the festival; the sea urchin, and also in the tent of the hand of the Association Mistura.
The party will be enlivened by various musical groups.

At the same time, other recreational activities will also take place: at 12.00 pm there will be a showcooking, there will be a parade with the charangas Europa and Santa Compaña from 18.00 pm, and at 23.00 pm will begin the verbena with the formation Cordosom.
